Privacy Policy
What personal data we collect, why, and how to ask us to remove it.

What we collect
- The free sign-up form: your name, email address, optional phone number, city, state, ZIP code, optional time zone, the kinds of work you do, and the time you agreed. We never ask for a street address.
- The Tech Boost form: your name, email address, optional phone number, what you need, your description, an optional budget, and the time you agreed.
- Buying the Work Directory: Stripe takes your payment details. We get the payment confirmation and the email address on your Stripe receipt. We never see your card number. The charge shows on your card statement as RTS TECH.
- Emails you send us.
Why we use it
We use it to reply to you, to deliver what you bought, and to keep our records. If you use the free sign-up form, we use your details to contact you about work opportunities and services, as the box you tick on that form says. Sign-up details are not shared with or sold to buyers of any list.
Who handles it
- Formsubmit passes the sign-up and Tech Boost forms to us. It emails each submission to our mailbox. This site does not store form data itself.
- Stripe processes payments. See Stripe's own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and handles ordinary technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages.
Asking us to remove your data
Email techwhere.sales@proton.me with the email address or phone number you gave us. We remove it from our lists, except records we are required to keep, such as proof of a payment.
