The rules for using this site and buying from it, in plain English.

What we sell
- The Work Directory. A digital Excel workbook (.xlsx) listing companies that hire or dispatch IT field technicians, with how to apply to each. It costs $29, one time. After you pay you can download it right away.
- Tech Boost. Custom services for independent IT techs and small tech shops, such as websites, simple apps and consulting. Each job is quoted individually by email. The quote states the price, the deposit and the payment terms. Work starts when you accept the quote and pay the deposit.
Sending a Tech Boost request is not an order. It commits neither you nor us to anything.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars. The charge shows on your card statement as RTS TECH.
Using the Work Directory
The workbook is for your own business use. Please do not resell it or publish it. The company details in it are what each company publishes, and requirements change, so check the company's own page before you apply. We are not a job board or an agency, and we do not promise that any company will hire you or give you work.

Removal
